DR. NAOMI’S FIRST-CLIENT ROADMAP
One client.
One step at a time.
Use the foundation you have to start conversations, win paid work and deliver a result a client values.
30 working sessions · About 60–90 minutes per session, plus client delivery time.
A signed scope.
An initial payment received.
A result the client accepts.
ADVANCE WITH EVIDENCE
Four checkpoints that matter.
Confirm each milestone when it happens. Later work waits for the relevant checkpoint.
THE WHOLE PATH
Work the plan. Follow the response.
Dates are planning guides. Repeat the conversation or sales loop until a buyer is ready; later sessions can take longer.
START WITH WHAT YOU HAVE
The foundation is already here.
Public pages were reviewed on 11 October 2026 alongside source and September release records. Private CRM records and current revenue were not inspected.
PREPARE ONLY WHAT THE NEXT STEP NEEDS
A practical template queue.
These are specifications for templates to build or adapt, not completed templates. The existing CRM, brochure and tools are reusable foundations.
THE SOURCE AND THE ADAPTATION
Nick’s sequence. Naomi’s business.
The shared board is a sales and delivery flow, not a day-by-day calendar. The 30 sessions and activity targets are this plan’s suggested adaptation.
No reply or no meeting?
Review buyer fit and the message. Make another small batch of personal invitations. Rebook a no-show politely.
Not now or not signed?
Resolve the actual question and agree a revisit date. About 30 days is Nick’s default where follow-up is welcome. Stop on an opt-out.
Revisions or more work?
Resolve agreed corrections before acceptance. Scope new requests separately, then offer further support when it addresses a real need.
Review boundaries and future admin home
This is the separate roadmap review link requested by Zachary. Progress is stored in this browser only. It does not read or write the protected CRM, send messages, issue invoices or collect payment.
After review, the admin home can show the next action, due follow-ups, relevant existing records and template links. Keep Contacts, Pipeline and Catalogue available as supporting workspaces. Shared progress requires authenticated persistence; browser checkmarks are self-reported references, not verified CRM or payment events.
Live public Home and Tools pages were read directly. The protected CRM structure was checked against src/admin/BusinessWorkspace.jsx, the 9 September release records and current source. Template availability was checked in source; finance tools and message delivery still require an operator check. No customer records or private meeting packs are published here.
Keep client details, signed files and receipts in your private systems. Enter short evidence references here. Export a backup before changing browsers.
